Payment Standards for Monticello Housing Authority

Payment standards are set by each agency as per HUD regulations. These standards are based on the Fair Market Rents as determined by HUD and are set between 90% - 110% of these amounts.

Fair Market Rents are updated by HUD each year, usually each October and are available for your review at:
